Our life-changing music programs provide under-served youth with confidence, discipline and relationships that improve their future success and economic mobility

Do you know what APMF does in the community?

We thought we’d throw back to life before the pandemic and show you… see if you recognize some local faces!

Here’s a sample of some of our revamped programming and events from this year, featuring the song Where Music Lives, which was written for APMF by singer/songwriter Glen Burtnik of The Weeklings.

Thankfully, we have adjusted to the changes brought about by COVID and have continued to provide music education to local children, despite the myriad constraints. Our dedicated teaching artists and educators are giving instruction virtually and continue to reach students who feel isolated and unmotivated.

Keep the music playing in Asbury Park! In 2020, your support – in any amount – is more important than ever. In fact, every amount we receive before Dec. 31st will be doubled by our generous Board members through a $25,000 matching gift! Thanks in advance for your continued support and love for our programs and our events! We appreciate your commitment to our mission so that we can continue providing vital programs to the community
